Subscription Box & Social Refresh (2022)
Fetch for Pets (now merged with Brand Buzz as Pets + People) began as a pet product licensing company, working with household names like Burt’s Bees, Disney, Warner Bros, Bandai Namco, Clorox, and GNC Pets. Despite the strong portfolio, the company was still young and had low brand awareness.
I led the creative direction for launching a subscription box service for pet parents. There was still work to be done to establish a clearer brand identity, make it more approachable, and create a deeper emotional connection with consumers. Before the launch, I developed a visual brand identity board to align cross-functional partners and art-directed a social media refresh. The team also shifted the subscription box design to be more influencer–unboxing-friendly. I incorporated my illustrations to bring an inviting, whimsical tone across both digital and print media.
